Technical Support Professionals / Customer Service


Responsibilities:

* Takes ownership of incoming support demands

* Works reasonably in order to resolve support demand to customer satisfaction


Preferred Competencies:

* Proven technical and customer support experiences

* Working knowledge of one or more current Microsoft Operating systems and of MS® Applications

* Working knowledge of personal computer architecture
* Good working knowledge of English and one or more other following language:

Serbian Croatian Slovenian Romanian Greek

* Good Communication Skills in writing and speaking

* Ability to tolerate stress well and respond effectively when faced with bad news or situations

* Effective learning and typing skills and strong Customer Service focus
