Technical Services Consultant
The job holder will be responsible for the delivery of quality consultancy including requirements and product gap analysis, technical design, application implementation, configuration and training services on behalf of CDC Software. The role requires significant independent working and extensive travel within the UK/Ireland and some international travel. The holder of this position will be viewed within the company as a product expert for the full CDC Respond suite of products and will be expected to maintain their product suite knowledge and expertise, together with enhancing their knowledge of relevant supporting technologies. This role is client site/customer based with remaining time to be spent in the CDC Software office.
Degree or Diploma in IT with experience.
