Technical project manager

A progressive and forward thinking newly established company based in Chisinau and linked to UK
is searching for an exceptional "Technical Project Manager":

Requirements:
- at least 5 years of experience in industry
- experience with managing/planning the development of high-end websites
- knowledge of e-commerce and web portals intergration
- experience with Agile, Prince 2, Scrum
- ability to develop project plans in advance
- technical background (programming, DB)
- ability to understand and write technical specification and documantation
- project-focused attitude
- ability to work to a deadline (no "clock watchers"!)
- dedication to what is done
- good technical English
