Team leader – kids club (Dubai)

5 star Hotel chain Dubai looking for Team Leader – Kids Club
Minimum 2 years experience in relevant role, in a 5 star hotel preferred.
Job responsibilities will include:
* To ensure associates are wearing the correct uniform and well presented at all times
* To conduct daily briefings with associates to ensure good working communications
* To conduct and organize birthday parties & liaise with other department as well as to monitor and develop the children’s activities programs
* To maintain & monitor all check lists for all areas under supervision and liaise with relevant department
* Ensuring the First Aid Boxes is in good working order and associate is familiar with the use
* Ensure all admin/standards/operations are in line with both brands kids club brand standards and operating standards
* Ensure the kids club and activities are functioning in a safe environment. The safety of all kids/guest should be priority
* Lead and direct the child minders and animators to run an effective team
* Be able to work under pressure and with complaint guest and execute guest recovery
* To ensure that all associates attend appropriate training sessions, as well as being actively involved in any training organized by the department / hotel
* Complete the Training Records and daily training requirements

To move into this position you should have
*Qualified first aider would be a benefit
* Diploma in child care would be ideal
* Previous working experience with children is essential.
* Previous working experience within 5 star hotels is beneficial
* Friendly and presentable
* Creative
Flexible style of work
May be required to work split shifts during the busy seasons and
extended hours when needed
To report to duty in good time
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking,
repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
Salary depends on the experience +Single room in shared management accommodation, transportation allowance, yearly ticket, government health care free
