Tax senior consultant/tax manager

The opportunity
To support our business growth, PwC Moldova is currently looking for an experienced Tax Senior Consultant / Tax Manager to join our Tax and Legal Services Department.
The team focuses on large, forward thinking businesses and fast growing companies and the incumbent will have an opportunity to develop professional, technical and project management skills rapidly and take quality courses/training to facilitate progression. Our client portfolio is made up of the top of international and national corporate clients.
The Role
• Providing advice and assistance in tax area to foreign and Moldovan clients, tax planning and compliance
• Managing client projects, coordinating a team of tax professionals
• Practice areas: corporate and indirect taxation, international taxation
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• University degree in Economics / Finance / Taxation / Accounting
• ACCA / CPA or a similar qualification is an advantage
• At least 5 years of tax management / tax consulting experience, preferably with a reputable consulting firm
• Excellent technical knowledge of Moldovan and international taxation
• Excellent working knowledge of Romanian and English languages: both verbal and written
• Strong project and people management skills
• Strong presentation & influencing skills
• Ability to operate in a multitasking environment
• Career- and success-oriented
• Availability to travel
