Tax advisor

At Moore Stephens KSC we are looking for a new team member who is able to boost our activities in the tax department.

Now we are seeking individuals for the position of Tax advisor who correspond with our expectations and requirements.

Your Role:
 Advise clients in a broad range of different industries on domestic, international and corporate related tax matters;
 Tax consultancy on VAT and customs issues, restructuring projects (merger, spin-off and liquidation), management agreements;
 Involvement in Tax due diligence, direct tax reviews and tax compliance projects;
 Be involved in advising clients on tax implications of envisaged transactions, products and tax compliance, main focus on direct taxation;
 Transaction Tax Advisory;
 Drafting legislative updates;
 Collaboration with the Moldavian tax authorities.

Requirements:
 Knowledge of Moldovan fiscality
 Knowledge of Romanian fiscality- advantage
 More than 3 years of work experience in the same field
 Experience in audit company- advantage
 Good command of EN/RO/RU
 Team work skills
