Responsibilities:
Perform accurate EU job market analysis.
Enter, update and manage of data in the database.
Market mapping
Identify candidates for the German market across a variety of roles with a focus on IT roles (Software Development, Quality Assurance, and Development Operations), Marketing, Product Management, Product Development and Finance.
Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Lead on searches
Coordinate initial calls, meetings between candidates and Deposit Solutions.
Be in charge of other occasional tasks supporting the HQ.

Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree an advantage.
Very good online research and computer skills.
Passion for research processes.
Experience delivering consistent high quality research.
Analytical, detail-oriented and accountable.
Very good command of English language. German language skills an advantage.
Ability to multi-task and keep track of multiple projects at any given time.
Able to work with tight deadlines.
