Qualifications:
• University graduate with BS degree of engineering preferably Computer or Electronics Engineering.
• At least 3 years in Sun/Oracle HW including storages and SunOS
• A good experience of Solaris Zones
• A good experience of Cluster concept
• A good knowledge of especially Solaris 10 and Solaris 11 Operating Environments
• Excellent social and communication skills, ability to handle customers, result oriented, technical problem solving, excellent planning / organizing skills and meticulousness are assets.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical problem solving skills,
• Knowledge of Linux is preferably
• Having certifications for the above is also preferable
Job Description:
• Primary responsibility will be providing high-quality first and second level technical support,
• Taking initiative to track the issue, analyze and find a solution for a technical problem,
• Analyzing the problem and cases, verifying the execution of a process, evaluating the outcomes,
• Responsible for various functions in deployment, configuration and support of a solution,
• Working environment consists of Customer's support
