System integrator and devops

A finance technology Start-Up located in Limassol is looking for a System Integrator and DevOps star to join the team.

This position is for relocation to Cyprus.

Duties include:

• Provide understanding and help guide the solutions of cloud/hybrid cloud/on-prem implementations for data storage as well as data storage structures

• Assist the technical team and to address cross-project dependencies and ensure all projects have a compatible user vision.

• Participate in the development of system architectures to evolve mission services.

• Identify project key decision points and provide Go/No-Go recommendations.

• Explain technical issues clearly/accurately to technical/non-technical audiences; and conduct issue coordination within and across agencies.

• Work with customers to resolve technical and programmatic issues

• Assist the Development Team with Monitoring

• Optimize the utilization of cloud resources to balance performance and cost

• Collaboration with software developers to build, deploy and test software components



Skills and Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Mathematics / Physical Sciences/ Engineering or related technical experience.

• 3+ years of systems integration, or systems development experience

• Experience with deploying capabilities to either the classified or unclassified amazon cloud services (azure services) as well as high-performance computing

• Good knowledge of Azure DevOps

• MT4/ MT5 Administration is an advantage

• Experience if the Financial industry (Fintech) is a MUST

• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and MySQL including backups and recovery scenarios

• Good knowledge of Linux/Windows systems administration.

• Good knowledge in writing API, as well as integration using third party API’s
