System integration engineer

Head Hunting and Recruiting Agency “Office” is looking for System Integration Engineer

Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Fluent knowledge of English language
- 2-3 years as a System Integration Engineer
- Significant experience with scripting languages
- Basic configuration of IP equipment
- Proficient with MS Office Tools


Responsibilities:
- Execute on-site technical tasks, including software and hardware implementation, expansion, reconfiguration, upgrades and integration testing for company’s products
- Work with third party vendors and customer technical staff to integrate company systems with other components
- Troubleshoot and resolve company’s product issues, escalating to Technical Support and Engineering as appropriate
- Design integration test scope and approach, design test plan and test cases, lab configuration and management
- Document problems and resolutions in a root cause analysis
- Clearly and succinctly communicate status, oral or written, to the customer and internally
- Develop ability to implement/service/support, with a high degree of technical proficiency, multiple company’s products
- Develop extensive knowledge and ability to plan and perform integration with third party products and customer systems
- Follow existing procedures and documentation
- Create technical procedures and troubleshooting trees and processes
- Assist engineering in the implementation and testing of new products when required
