System engineer

Location: Chisinau, Moldova
Job Type: Full time

Main responsibilities:
Participates in design, implementation and support of systems engineering activities,
to include OS technical support, systems programming and data center capabilities.
Responsible for components of complex engineering and analytical tasks and activities.

Main requirements:
Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience Engineer/Practical Engineer
Experience in the support of communication systems
Strong Linux/UNIX experience Experience in Windows Server systems Understanding of networking concepts
Experience in network and system troubleshooting
Documentation and business intelligence skills

Working knowledge with any of the following is a strong plus:
Web Hosting platform - LAMP
Scripting skills - Python, Perl, Bash, batch scripts
Java Web Applications deployment and support
PKI
HSM
OpenCA, Microsoft Certificate Authority (CA)
MySQL databases administration, AD and LDAP Directory Services
Smart Card/Token Based Authentication


Candidate requirements:
Citizenship of Republic of Moldova
Fluency in Romanian and English
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to convey advanced technical concepts effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
