System administrator

INSOFT srl is accepting applications for the position of

System Administrator
Requirements:
• proficient with administration and maintenance of Windows Server 2008/2003 and Linux (CentOS, SuSE 10/11);
• familiar with MS Exchange 2010;
• familiar with VMware vSphere 4;
• familiar with Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, IIS 7/6;
• familiar with MSSQL, MySQL;
• experience with Continuous Integration Systems (Cruise Control, Hudson) and Build Tools (Ant, Maven) is a plus;
• experience with management of the networking equipment is a plus;
• experience with scripting languages;
• good verbal and written communication (English language is a must) with the ability to rapidly learn and explain technical concepts;
Responsibilities:
• Receiving and handling requests for support, monitoring resolution activity, and keeping clients appraised of progress;
• Maintaining records and reporting relevant persons of actions taken;
• Implementing and maintaining build processes and tools;
• Engage with product development teams as they follow estimations, design process; developed software deployment into testing, staging and live environments;
• Configure mission critical systems that make software development reliable and responsive;
• Partner with software developer teams across the Moldovan, Ukrainian and the USA teams to launch products to our clients.
Project description:
Insoft’s IT service management team provides a comprehensive IT service to internal clients and our large international clients. Our Service Desk interfaces with our technical support centers located in Moldova, Ukraine and the USA. These operations have a considerable breadth and depth of experience in delivering services to demanding global clients.
