We are a customer-focused IT consulting company supporting small and medium businesses in Vancouver, Canada.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for Intermediate System/Network Admin who has passion for technology and wants to grow professionally.

You have 3-5 years of experience in computer & network support. In your IT experience you have configured corporate networks, systems, servers and networks. You have a strong desire to advance your IT skills to the next level.

IMPORTANT: flexible working hours, but mainly from 18-00/19-00 until 2-00/3-00 at night Moldovan time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Keep track of incoming issues from customers by tracking ticketing system, email and/or phone. Ensure response in a timely manner according to company SLAs

- Troubleshoot different level of complexity issues that include: PC, Server, network, cloud. Make sure issues are fixed and customer is happy

- Provide remote support for client environments including operating systems, line of business applications and network equipment

- Work with vendor support on behalf of our clients to ensure their support issues are resolved

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in System Administration and a passion for technology

- Cloud - Office 365, Exchange Online and Microsoft Azure skills

- Microsoft Technologies – Windows 10, Windows 2012/2016, Active Directory, DHCP, NPS, DNS

- Network – Experience with Cisco Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Cisco Meraki and Sonicwall

- Must have knowledge of industry best practices for technologies used at customer premise.

- Experience with Server installations, maintenance and troubleshooting

- Detail oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills

- Ability to learn new stuff by researching specific technology on your own
