# Supervising GSM network elements
# Managing and maintaining switching equipment
# Troubleshooting
Requirements:
# University degree in Telecommunications
# At least 2 years of experience at digital exchanges
# Analytical skills
# Computer skills (MS Office)
# Basic knowledge of UNIX would be a plus
# Proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
