Step deck dispatcher

We are seeking an experienced Step Deck Dispatcher to join our remote team.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of step deck loads.
- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and updates.
- Monitor shipment progress and address any issues that arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and shipment details.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in dispatching, preferably with oversize loads.
- Strong understanding of transportation logistics and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
