Specialist in building technologies or energy efficiency in residential buildings

JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
A vacancy has arisen for a specialist in building technologies or energy efficiency in residential buildings to join our team based in Chisinau. The role demands a multidisciplinary approach involving a wide range of activities from administration of data, assessment of quotations, diagrams, plans and drawings to verification of project implementation.
1. Job Description:
1.1 Holds meetings, makes phone calls and sends e-mails to manufacturers, suppliers and installers to promote investments in energy efficiency technologies for residential buildings;
1.2 Receives and checks project documentations; cross-checks project eligibility against financial and technical criteria; conducts compliance checks with the existing data base;
1.3 Handles technical enquiries, verifies that the technical specifications meet the technical requirements and validates that the quotations are reasonably priced;
1.4 Processes data and documentation in accordance with the established internal procedures and keeps records and correspondence;
1.5 Conducts site visit for on-site verification of the completed projects;

2. Requirements:
2.1 Completed university education in a technical field or architecture;
2.2 Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet);
2.3 Previous experience in a similar position – not less than 2 years;
2.4 Experience overseeing and supervising the installation of energy efficiency improvements of buildings;
2.5 Loyalty, confidentiality, high level of responsibility and motivation, good communication skills;
2.6 Native Moldavian/Russian, good knowledge of English is a plus;
2.7 Using computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus;
2.8 Knowledge of the local legislative and health and safety requirements for rehabilitation of the existing building stock;
