Specialist in agriculture

A foreign company is looking to implement a project in agriculture sector and seeks for a specialist. An interested person in agriculture with good ideas and large experience, with a big desire to obtain good results in the position he holds. Implement a profitable project in agriculture and improve all its sectors to be the best in Moldova.

The position will be responsible for:

Implement the agricultural project and work for its results.
Come with new ideas and stand for them with vivid arguments;
Develop work schedules; plan and prioritize work activities; plan maintenance of agricultural machinery, equipment and facilities.
Secure estimates and handle the acquisition of equipment, supplies
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets for the agricultural operations as needed
Responsible for proper management of crop production, agronomy and the effective deployment of machinery, staff and other resources
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Agronomy or similar, studies abroad are a big plus
At least 4 years experience in a farming business, plants production, or similar
Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a multinational environment
Fluency in English
Excellent organizational, negotiation and communication skills
The ability to see the ‘big picture’ and yet able to resolve day to day issues
Good analytical, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and drive teams
