Are you a chargeback professional with a proven track record in handling high-volume disputes and fraud prevention - specifically in the travel or airline industry?
The Business-Tickets company, a growing leader in global air ticket sales, is looking for a Chargeback Specialist with prior experience in managing complex chargeback cases and protecting revenue streams in the fast-moving world of air travel.
What You'll Do:
Monitor, investigate, and respond to chargeback claims and payment disputes.
Analyze booking patterns for potential fraud or misuse.
Liaise with banks, payment processors, and customers to resolve cases efficiently.
Collaborate with customer service and finance teams to gather supporting evidence.
Maintain detailed records of all disputes and resolution statuses.
Build strong evidence files using GDS data, PNRs, and transaction histories.
Stay updated on airline industry regulations and card network chargeback rules (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, etc.).
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in chargeback management, fraud analysis, or payment processing (preferably in travel and airline sectors).
Strong communication and dispute resolution skills.
Attention to detail, documentation, and deadlines.
Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge of PCI compliance and travel booking flows is a bonus.
