Pre-opening International Restaurant chain in Dubai looking for Wine Sommelier, Assistant Sommelier

Has strong computer skills, natural leader, and participative style of management
Hotel School diploma or University degree in Hotel Management
Previous experience in the Middle Eastern region
Previous experience in business style Hotel
Previous multi-property management experience
Strong wine Bars management experience
English - written, spoken and read.
Be an outgoing personality and having proven success in similar operations
Comfortable in all forms of guest contact
Possess a keen sense of ownership
Team minded individual with strong leadership skills
Ability to train and share experiences with staff
Winning personality with sincere and forthright smile
Ability to focus attention to details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow-up
Must be able to take initiative and work proactively and productively within any given period of time, unsupervised.
Intuitive approach in capitalizing every opportunity to generate incremental revenue
Should be aggressive and must work well under pressure.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all guests and general hotel information
Must be a team player, working well with other departments and coworkers
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
Ability to go the extra mile, to provide the extra attention in order to satisfy guests
Should be creative, innovative and strive for continuous improvement.
Should display leadership qualities in regards to thinking clearly, quickly, and making decisions
