Solution Expert Engineer

Mission:
Extend the existing B2B solutions portfolio, deliver consistency of the solutions that are proposed to the customers (mobile and fixed)
Identify needs and qualifications, design the technical solution, customize the solution to meet customer specifications
Design the technical architecture, services, KPIs and echo/tech analyses according to the existing standards and best known practices
Is the main technical reference for the customer, commercial team and marketing
Shares his expertise to presales and sales teams

Responsibilities:
Together with sales representative meets the customer to discuss and agree the technical solution and services aspects
Designs the solutions assembling offers
Aggregates the costs of the solution
Supports the implementation teams to deploy and upgrade the sold solution
In case of multi-domain solution, is responsible for the global consistency of the solution
Defines the target solution, the architecture and associated services
Identifies the necessary contributors to the solution design
Evaluates the costs and technical impacts (SLA), the associated services, contributes to the P&L
Responsible for the technical and operational feasibility
Managing crisis or resolution of complex problems beyond his organizational perimeter
Share and transfer his skills,
Be the privileged technical interlocutor for the solution towards his internal as external counterparts.
Fulfill operational schedules and project plans

Requirements:
University degree in Telecommunications/IT
Extensive experience in Computers/Internet or Telecommunications
Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines related to Computers/Internet or Telecommunications
Successful experience in launching high tech products is a plus
Knowledge of mobile data services and mobile terminal equipment (2G/3G/LTE mobile IP, GPRS, GPS)
LAN Design, WAN Design, Routing technologies, Physical Networks (SDH/Wavelength/Fibre/xDSL/GPON);
Firewalls & LAN/WAN Security, IPSec, etc.
Mobile - Fixed Data/Voice Wireless Integration: mobile to mobile and mobile to fix security and cryptographic solutions (VPN, 3G and CDMA integration with IP VPN)
Voice/VoIP systems: PBX/IPBX, PSTN, etc.
