Software tester

This has been achieved by our teams by using modular applications (i.e. a web mode part and a client/server mobile terminal) that allow the network design, supervision and interrogation as well as data exploitation

In a multicultural and dynamic context, the partnership with this company has developed along the years. Previous successful results brought the opportunity for a new, complex and interesting project. A dedicated team of 15 experienced developers are on this same mission: to match the vision of the client with a high quality software product.
In order to extend this team, we are looking for a Software Tester with minimum 2 years experience in manual and automated testing.
Your profile:
Along with the Testing Team Leader, you will be the guarant of the quality of applications that will be developed. You will provide quality software testing services in line with best practice procedure. You have excellent communication skills and are able to establish working relation with immediate staff and other staff in the business.
Your main responsibilities and duties will involve:
- Writing project documentation;
- Understanding of applications functionalities;
- Create test plans, scenarios, and data scripts;
- Execute the data scripts and test cases as per the plan;
- Create and updates required documentation artifacts (Test plans, test scenario and test cases, data scripts, defect report, QA project summary report) and metrics;
- Reporting test progress throughout execution.
Requirements:
- Understanding the functional specifications of the product life cycle of an IT project;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience in manual testing and / or automatic – at least 2 years;
- Experience in using the bugs management tools (bug trackers);
- English – advanced level: mandatory;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Communicative person, flexible, dynamic and desire for knowledge.
