Job Description
The candidate is a self-motivated person who is passionate about QA. Wants to be part of a team supporting the testing effort for web-based and data warehouse development projects. Flexibility to work on multiple tasks on request and be able to put extra-effort when it’s necessarily. Is able to quickly gasp new information both technical and business process. Candidate will be focused on QA/Testing of an EDI ETL (Extract Transform Load) application including creation of Test Cases, manual and automated tests.
Requirements:
# Degree in Computer Science or Related discipline
# Be able to communicate well in English: Read/Write/Speak
# Has experience with a programming language and SQL (university projects accepted)
# Willing to work hard and be a good team player
# Curious and eager to learn new things
Preferred candidates will have:
# EDI knowledge
# Experience with Java language
# Web Applications QA/Testing experience
# Experience with Automated and Unit tests for both Java and DB (JUnit, DBUnit)
# Experience with Web technologies: HTML, JSP, JS, XML, etc.
# Good communication skills and ability to create documentation for testing (test Cases, test Plans)
