Experience required:
# Embedded sotware development experience. RTOS knowledge.
# Device driver development - Ethernet drivers especially.
# Optimization and performance tuning.
# C programming, familiar with various compilers, debuggers, profilers, UNIX environment.
# Development process understanding and compliance.
# CM tools knowledge (ClearCase, CVS, SVN, etc, bugtracking tools)
Special skills:
MMU programming and OS memory management can be a big plus.
