Job description:
# Participates in business analysis activities for new product or new modules, also for implementation projects.
# Full lifecycle application development
# Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
# Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
# Software modeling and simulation
# Front end graphical user interface design
# Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
# Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
# Support, maintain and document software functionality
# Integrate software with existing systems
# Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
# Maintain standards compliance
# Implement localization or globalization of software

Requirements:
# At least 1 years experience in implementation and consultancy
# Professional approach, excellent communications skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts;
# Experience regarding the design of the system's users interfaces;
# Good knowledge of English and Romanian languages is considered a must;
# Client custom oriented
# Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, (Microsoft Projects it's a plus);
# UML, BPMN, Rational Unified Process is a plus
