Tasks

Preparation and implementation of software installations and updates at customer sites (remote)
Collection and maintenance of customer data
Maintenance and management of remote customer access
Initial error analysis for support requests (Level 2 Support)
Active collaboration with the development team
Customer-specific configurations and adaptation of SQL scripts
Recording, maintenance, and tracking of bug reports (Level 1 Support)
Supporting development in reproducing error patterns
Supporting development in verifying bug fixes

Profile

Experience with web servers (advantageous: Windows Server, IIS)
Experience with IT infrastructure, IT networks
Experience with web applications
Knowledge of SQL and databases (Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle)
Data formats: XML, JSON
Will be an asset: Experience with web development
Will be an asset: Experience with web authentication flows
Language skills: Englisch min. B2, readiness to learn German intensively
