Software architect/lead developer (javaee or mobile)

Position summary
Software startup is looking for a Development Leader/a Software Architect able to lead and implement technical solutions in a new born company. This person should be a passionate and eager to take charge of development. His initial team can work in the same office or work from home (if is more suitable).

Responsibilities
• Lead software design & architecture; the focus is on backend server side but is not limited to;
• Collaborate with other offices Romania, Ukraine, US
• Implement from scratch new features on your own (C++ or Java), but also coordinate the integration effort to integrate your features into different components from different teams;
• Do code review, implement best practices for writing code and testing code;
• Create new tools for deploy and release in order to obtain a continuous delivery for all software components (Java or C++);
• Help to implement software automation process to be used on Web or Desktop applications to ensure production stability;
• Being involved in development process. Your opinion in this company matters!

Requirements
• Hardcore programmer;
Not mandatory,but would be a plus:
• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Experience working with both C++ and Java technologies in Windows and Linux environment;
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of: processes, threads, inter-process communications and synchronizations mechanisms, Networking programming;
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases
