Now, the ISD team is committed to making a successful expansion and we need a Social Media & Marketing Specialist who will apply knowledge and skills to help us reach the wildest growth dreams.

What are you going to do?

Manage the social media accounts (create and publish engaging posts on ISD social media channels, run ads, oversee the social media community etc.)
Closely collaborate with the sales team
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Implement outbound or inbound marketing activities to generate leads
Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels, including content creation and management
Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Support the processing contact data.

What do we expect from you?

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
Proven experience in marketing in IT industry
Thorough understanding of traditional and digital marketing elements
Strong proficiency in utilizing lead generation platforms
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tracking tools
Knowledge of email marketing instruments
Experience in working with CRM tools
Basic knowledge of website administration
Excellent written and spoken English
A keen sense of observation and self-management
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Tech-savvy nature who is enthusiastic about exploring and mastering a variety of technological platforms and tools, and proficient in their utilization.
