Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will take ownership of our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, focusing on the Romanian market with upcoming expansion to Western Europe.

We have ambitious goals ahead of us, but also a clear vision of how to achieve them. You will be working closely with the Marketing Director, who will provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction. We expect efficiency, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box to deliver exponential growth of our social channels.

Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Grow engagement, reach, and conversions with a clear focus on sales impact, not vanity metrics
Create and adapt high-quality visual and video content (using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify campaigns
Ensure content reflects excellent taste and brand aesthetics
Optimize content for visibility (SEO, hashtags, trends)
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, continuously improving strategies
Contribute to international expansion campaigns targeting Western European markets.

Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably IG, FB, TikTok)
Strong marketing mindset: ability to align social content with sales goals
Fluent in Romanian and English; German is a plus
Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools
Ability to film and edit short-form video content (a plus)
Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills
Previous experience in the US or EU markets and DTC / E-Commerce would be an advantage
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
Interest in AI tools and digital innovation
Ability to work independently while being open to guidance and feedback
A strong passion for marketing and social media, with an endless curiosity and desire to grow.
