Key responsibilities to include in the job posting:
Plan and create social media content (copy, images, video) aligned with brand voice and goals
Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Actively engage in relevant Facebook groups; grow and moderate community
Create, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram)
Develop content and campaign strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Track performance; prepare regular reports and recommend optimizations
Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging
Must-have skills/experience:
Proven experience managing social media accounts and communities
Experience creating and running Facebook/Instagram ads (Audience targeting, A/B testing, budget management)
Content creation skills (copywriting, basic graphic/video editing)
Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) and Facebook Business Manager/Meta Ad Manager
Analytics skills (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics or equivalent)
Strong communication and community engagement skills
Nice-to-have:
Experience with lead generation funnels and CRM integration
Paid ads certification (e.g., Meta Blueprint)
Knowledge of other platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok) and influencer outreach
Suggested KPIs:
Reach and impressions (brand awareness)
Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares)
Lead volume and cost per lead (CPL)
Click-through rate (CTR) on ads and posts
Growth of community members/followers
