1. Expert in socio-economic analysis of North Region
2. Expert in socio-economic analysis of Central Region
3. Expert in socio-economic analysis of South Region
4. Expert in elaboration of the Strategy for North Region
5. Expert in elaboration of the Strategy for Central Region
6. Expert in elaboration of the Strategy for South Region

Requirements:
- Relevant university degree
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in local/regional strategic planning
- Proficient in Romanian. English is an advantage.
- Excellent report writing skills
- PC literate
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work to strict deadlines

7. Expert in elaboration of project fishes for North Region
8. Expert in elaboration of project fishes for Central Region
9. Expert in elaboration of project fishes for South Region
10. Expert in elaboration of project applications for North Region
11. Expert in elaboration of project applications for Central Region
12. Expert in elaboration of project applications for South Region

Requirements:
- Relevant university degree
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in fundraising and project preparation, and project cycle management
- Proficient in Romanian. English is an advantage.
- Excellent report writing skills
- PC literate
- The ability to work to strict deadlines

13. Lawyer/Expert in institutional legal registration

Requirements:
- University degree in Law
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in legal registration of institutions
- Proficient in Romanian. English is an advantage.
- PC literate

14. Expert for the establishment of National Fund for Regional Development

Requirements:
- Relevant university degree
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in national and local public finance systems
- Proficient in Romanian. English is an advantage.
- Excellent report writing skills
- PC literate
- The ability to work to strict deadlines

15. Capacity building Expert/Trainer

Requirements:
- Relevant university degree
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in capacity-building activities and project-cycle management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Romanian. Fluent in English..
- Excellent report writing skills
- PC literate
- The ability to work to strict deadlines
