Habitat-Moldova Centre (local partner of UN-HABITAT) is seeking 3 highly qualified professional to fill in positions of short-term national experts in Urban Planning: (i) expert Basic Infrastructue, (ii) expert in municipal finance, and (iii) expert in housing. TORs are attached.
