Shift supervisor – saudi arabia

Responsibilities:
- Oversees the functioning of automatic production lines for croissants;
- Ensure maintenance of quality standards specified and follow production schedule;
- Supervises and coordinates the activities of subordinate employees;
- Track employees activities: mixing, rolling and proofing dough, baking, injection and packaging of bakery products;
- Create solutions for personnel productivity and line efficiency;
- Manage the transfer of the raw materials and final product from and to the store;
- Trains new workers;
- Perform all production reports in accordance with company policies.


Requirements:
- University degree in industrial engineering;
- Relevant experience as production team leader in an industrial line (preferable food industry);
- English – medium level;
- Computer skills (Office package);
- Possibility to work for a long period in Saudi Arabia;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
