We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the:

Service Desk Engineer

Job Description:
- you will work in the local IT department in Chisinau, where you and your team work with various technologies;
- You will be answering questions, resolve simple and complex problems and developing reports.
- Problems can include software BUGS, performance issues, resolving operational mistakes… So problems are very diverse and challenging.
- You will be working for 80 customers spread out all over the world.

An example of daily tasks:
- Investigate problems that exist in our WMS-system
- Solving problems in data
- Design reports in reporter builder
- Publish reports on reporting services
- Write queries on SQL-server


Profile:
- You have a Bachelor/Master degree in computer applications;
- A first work experience is an advantage, but not a requirement;
- You are interested in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV suite;
- You can express yourself fluently in English;
- You are a team player and you have a flexible mindset.
- Motivation, discipline, well-structured and flexibility are your key characteristics.
- Willingness to work in shifts
