Service Desk Engineer
The company:
Foreign company specialized in logistics and distribution services.
Responsibilities:
• In charge of the first level technical support towards professional users;
• Accurate identification of user problems via IT support tools and remote tools;
• Accurate and/or timely escalation of problems to the second level support group;
• Correct identification of the cause of the problem and determination of the most suitable solution;
• Promotion of the service of the IT call center to the professional users.
Qualifications & Experience:
• At least 1 year of equivalent or related experience; (graduates are welcome also)
• University Degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Active Directory, MS Office Pro;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Fluent Romanian/Russian and English.
