Service Desk Developer (with Night Shifts)
Company:
Foreign company specialized in logistics and distribution services.
Job Description:
As a Service Desk Developer, you are going to work in the in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) software of the company and develop it.
Your team works with various technologies; the applications are developed in Microsoft Dynamics NAV Framework (C/AL, C/SIDE), SQL Server is used as database.
Your tasks will be:
- Investigate problems that exist in our WMS-system,
- Data manipulation,
- Write queries on SQL-server,
- Solving problems: software BUGS, performance issues, resolving operational mistakes,
- Built up knowledge base and optimize procedures,
- Publish reports on reporting services,
- Analyse results and report to the management team.
Requirements:
- You have a Bachelor/Master degree in computer applications;
or equal by experience; students in the last year of studies are accepted,
- A first work experience is an advantage, but not a requirement,
- Strong analytical mind-set,
- You are interested in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV suite,
- Fluent in spoken and written English,
- Motivation, discipline, well-structured and flexibility are your key characteristics,
- Fast learner,
- Willingness to work in shifts is a MUST (early, day, late, night shifts).
