Service Delivery Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
# Has the overall accountability and responsibility for the proper delivery of testing services to clients as agreed in the contract, acting as the manager of the Service Delivery Team.
# Manages the performance of services in order to ensure that:
- Service Level Objectives are reached and client expectations are met
- Service delivery uses Orange’s tools and methodology, processes and quality standards, as well as best practices of Delivery Management.
# Supports and facilitates the planning and testing strategy as well as the execution of services with respect to the agreed scope, budget and expected stakeholders timeline.
# Ensures effective monitoring and support of service delivery.
# Provides reports on service level objectives to an agreed schedule, including management and key performance indicators reports.
# Attends client service review meetings covering areas such as:
1. Performance or quality issues
2. Service or process improvements
3. Team size or organisation adjustments
4. Review of SLOs related to contracted services
# Ensures proper communication between client managers and local team.
# Is responsible for hiring appropriate Service Delivery team members, managing them from a career development and performance appraisal point of view as well as of potentially terminating team members for individual performance or team down-sizing reasons.
Skills/Attributes Required:
# University in Information Technologies/Mathematics/Cybernetics or similar
# Proven experience of working in a Service Management capacity (at least 3 years)
# Solid people management skills (at least 3 years experience for a team of minimum 20 people)
# Experience in IT in general and testing in particular is highly desirable
# Excellent communication skills
# Fluent in English
# Knowledge of French would be an advantage
