AIC Travel Group is looking for a SEO (Search Engines Optimization)/SEM (Search Engines Marketing) Specialist, to join its web marketing department.

The main responsibilities for this role are:
• External SEO/SEM SPECIALIST – English speaking
• Your personal notebook
• Knowledge of the main criteria for the optimization of web sites including content optimization for optimum visibility in the search engines.
• Ability to analyze a web site for both technical and non-technical aspects like usability, etc.
• Ability to design and create online marketing and advertising campaigns on Google AdWords and other major PPC networks;
• SMM: Create and manage high-impact content for the major social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google +, etc. );
• Affiliate Marketing: development and management affiliate partnerships;
• Web Analysis: monitor and manage online marketing budget, analysis of results and creation of reports (knowledge of Google Analytics is requested);

Desired skills and experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in IT and Web Marketing sectors.
• Knowledge of market trends, various tools and changes taking place in online marketing.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, Java-script, PHP, Flash, etc.
• Knowledge of both English and Russian (both spoken and written).
• Good writing skills for content (for example ads and press releases, etc.).
• Ability to understand business objectives, plan and execute activities to meet various business goals.
• Enjoy being team player.
