SEO Manager

Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our team full-time and take the lead in developing and executing advanced organic growth strategies across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with strong analytical and technical SEO skills, capable of turning insights into measurable growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and design teams to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion performance across all digital properties.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits to identify opportunities for growth.
Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headings, internal linking, structured data, etc.) and ensure technical SEO best practices are applied.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing, SEO-optimized content strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Stay up to date with algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging tools to continuously refine strategies.
Manage SEO roadmaps, ensure proper implementation of recommendations, and coordinate with development teams for technical improvements.
Drive backlink acquisition and digital PR initiatives to strengthen domain authority and visibility.

Qualifications & Experience
4+ years of proven experience in SEO strategy, execution, and reporting.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
