Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Unreal Engine Developer with strong proficiency in C++ to join our team. As a Senior Unreal Engine Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing game mechanics, systems, and features using Unreal Engine. You will work closely with other developers, artists, and designers to create high-quality, immersive, and visually stunning games. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Unreal Engine, a strong command of C++ programming, and a passion for creating cutting-edge gaming experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize gameplay mechanics, systems, and features using Unreal Engine and C++.
- Collaborate with other developers, artists, and designers to create and implement high-quality game features.
- Debug and fix software defects and performance issues.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the use of best practices and optimization techniques.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine with at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Expertise in C++ programming with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable, and optimized code.
- Experience with game development tools and workflows.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, gameplay systems, and game development pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the gaming industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other game engines (e.g., Unity, CryEngine, etc.).
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, etc.).
- Experience with multiplayer and networked gameplay development.
- Familiarity with game physics, animation, and AI systems.
- Shipped at least one commercial game title as a Senior Unreal Engine Developer.
