Senior tester

Role:
Plan, design and execute Functional Test Cases in order to verify and validate that the application has all functionalities requested.

Key responsibilities:
• Define the Project Test Plan
• Create the Test Plans
• Analyzing requirements from the client
• Identify testing risks
• Create test cases
• Preparing test data
• Collect test data and logs
• Execute test cases
• Raise defects
• Select test cases for regression
• Modify test cases if required
• Defect Tracking
• Create Test Reports
• Propose improvements for the test procedures
• Create weekly status
• Define the hardware used during the testing phase

Technical Skills:
• Testing concepts: Methods, Levels, Types
• Database: ORACLE, MS SQL, MySQL
• Programming: Java, PL/SQL, T-SQL
• User knowledge for OS: Windows 2008,Windows 2012, Unix, Linux
• Scripting: Windows script, shell script
• Office: Visio, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Specific testing tools: Jira, TTPro, Microsoft Test Manager

Education: University graduate

Job Experience on a similar position: > 2 years

Would be a plus:
• ISTQB Certified Tester, Advanced Level (CTAL)

• Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate
• Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012
• UNIX and Linux Essentials
• ITIL Foundation Certification
