Senior System Administrator

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
4+ Years of Experience as system administrator.
Excellent knowledge of Windows 2003/2008Server, including active directory and security.
Good knowlegde of network components (Firewalls/VPN/Routers/etc)
Good knowledge of MS Exchange, HyperV, Remote DeskTop, SQL Servers.
Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
Strong ability to debug, analyze and solve problems
Self-motivated, detail oriented and a responsible teamplayer
Excellent communicator and proactive approach
Very good level of English (both spoken and written)
MCSE/MCSA/MCITP certification is preferred

Your challenging responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Maintainand optimize a Microsoft Windows domain based networkenvironment in both our Moldovan and Dutch office.
Maintaining/monitoring information security.
Initiate and implement improvements and optimizations of network services and infrastructure.
Analyzeand solve problems.
Instruct, adviseand respond to issues from end-users.
