1. Experience in writing test plans and test cases
2. Experience in both Black Box and White Box testing
3. Excellent analytical skills
4. Ability to Code Automated Tests
5. Experience with automated testing tools
6. Experience with performance and security testing
7. Regression test suite (build/maintain/execute)
