Senior Market Research Analyst

Job responsibilities will include:
• Design and implement market research projects for international clients
• Perform independent primary and secondary research in banking and microfinance sectors
• Conduct professional market analysis, feasibility studies, surveys, and other research in developing countries
• Perform appropriate statistical analysis of large data sets
• Develop questionnaires within research assignments
• Write professional reports and conclusions based on research findings
• Present research findings during seminars and conferences
• Actively participate in further development of BFC’s research activities
• Participate in training of junior researchers

Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in economics, finance, sociology or related field
• Experience working with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Knowledge of Russian is an asset
• Previous work experience in NIS countries is an advantage
• Knowledge of SPSS or other statistical software is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under time pressure
• Willingness to travel in the NIS Region
