Senior Javascript | React + Node

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN/MEAN) with 5+ years of experience to help design and build secure, scalable web applications for our global health-tech platform. This is a high-impact role where you'll contribute across the entire stack, from UI to API, working on digital products used in regulated clinical environments.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end and back-end components using React, Node.js, MongoDB, and/or Angular.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver secure, user-friendly features.
- Ensure code quality and security best practices (e.g., OWASP, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural and technical decision-making.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with MERN or MEAN stack.
- Proficient in MongoDB, Express, React or Angular, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with security principles and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience with Agile development practices.
- Excellent English communication skills.

Availability to work overlapping hours with teams in Pakistan and the U.S.
