Senior Java Developer

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of software development experience in J2EE and Agile environment
- Outstanding OO design skills, including good design patterns knowledge
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Experience with:
- Java script, HTML, CSS and AJAX
- Java /J2EE web application development (JSP, Servlets, Spring, etc.)
Building large-scale software applications in a team environment
- At least one of the following databases: Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, and/or MySQL
- At least one of the following Java application server: Tomcat, BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, MVC, and/or JBoss
- Test driven development
- Design patterns
- Excellent communication and client facing skills with ability to work in client consulting environment
Personal Skills and Attributes:
- A love for web design and passion to stay up-to-date with current trends
- Sensible and independent, yet receptive to team participation
- Strong English written/verbal communication skills
- Driven and committed to true excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good understanding of software design principles
