Senior j2ee dev / tl

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of developers (up to 10 people) with a passion for building great software products
2. Design, develop, unit test, and document specific features
3. Follow development lifecycle guidelines
The Senior Java Developer applicant will possess the following (required unless noted otherwise):
1. At least 7 years of software engineering experience
2. Experience in designing, developing, deploying and supporting systems in a large scale environment
3 Experience tracking records of technical achievements, delivering to tight schedules
4. A Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience
5. Strong knowledge of web-based technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
6. Strong knowledge of Java, Hibernate, JSP, and SQL (MS SQL Server), Apache CXF and JBOSS
7. Experience with JQuery/JSF, HTML5/CSS, SOAP, Tomcat
8. Experience with a cloud environment (Amazon Cloud specifically)
9. Experience with setting Enterprise Grade system deployment using Amazon Cloud
10. Experience working with Agile Scrum methodology is preferable
