Senior dispatch logistics coordinator (semi truck division)

We are an American freight dispatch service company with offices in New York (USA), Lviv and Kharkiv (Ukraine).

Our mission is to make the truck drivers' life on the road easier by providing the best service and digital solutions!

Responsibilities:
- Book loads for assigned drivers
- Work with Semi trucks
- Negotiate price for each load with a broker / shipper
- Instruct drivers with the load info
- Fill out the agreements between brokers and carriers
- Collect proof of deliveries from drivers
- Build sustainable books of business and long-term relations with clients

Requirements:
- English and Ukrainian upper-intermediate +
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong self-management and problem solving skills
- Experience as Logistics Coordinator or Brokering

Experience that will be a plus:
- Sales, Customer Support, Call Center experience
- Work in logistics industry 2+ years
