Job Description
We are looking for new Java developers to extend our teams in the enterprise development area. If you are passionate about developing Java applications, working with cutting edge technologies on exciting enterprise projects for our customers, this might be the job for you.
We are building an environment where continuous improvement of the development process is in focus and where everyone's common goal is to deliver outstanding software as fast as possible while having fun.
In this position you are responsible for:
• The realization of high -quality technical Java EE system architecture ;
• Specified functional and non-functional requirements of software development ;
• The design and implementation of high quality software .
Technical Skills & Experience :
• Minimum HBO working and thinking ;
• Fun in software development and a positive critical attitude ;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience , preferably in a similar environment ;
• You have experience in designing , describing and developing complex web applications and you are able to transfer this knowledge to your colleagues ;
• Experience with (preferably ) the following techniques : Spring, JPA , Hibernate , OSGi , CXF , JAX - RS , REST , SOAP , Maven , JUnit ;
• Experience with (at least one of the following ) application servers : Tomcat , JBoss , Glassfish ;
• Experience with (at least one of the following ) database systems : SQL Anywhere , MS SQL , MySQL , Oracle Software ;
• Experience with development using Google Web Toolkit or a derivative thereof ;
• In possession of Oracle Certification Expert : Java EE Web Services Developer.
Non-technical Skills & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Accurate and service minded
- Understanding of SCRUM (preferably, otherwise we will teach you)
- Able to work independently, but within a team
