Requirements:
• University degree in Economics (preferably Finance, Accounting )
• 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in payroll (mandatory)
• IT knowledge (MSOffice)
• Database management knowledge
• Fluent English and Romanian, both verbal and written
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good interpersonal communication and multi-tasking skills
• Orientation towards attaining goals and producing results

The following will be highly appreciated:
• Previous working experience in a multinational company
• Good knowledge of Romanian legislation
• Previous experience in payroll
