SECRETARY / RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications:
* university graduate in marketing & communications, management, public relations, foreign languages or other humanitarian sciences;
* fluency in ENGLISH, Romanian and Russian;
* knowledge of other European languages shall be a major advantage;
* ability to perform written translations into / from English, Romanian and Russian;
* exemplary grammar and writing skills in all working languages;
* prior work experience shall be an advantage;
* very good computer skills;
* enthusiasm and proven interest in office management & internal and external communications;
* ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks;
* dedication and professionalism;
* creativity and outside-the-box thinking;
* willingness to do more than ordinarily expected.
